Agreement

These terms apply to all editing work by Saffron Videos (Jai Om Dave, Rajkot, Gujarat, India). Starting a project means you accept them.

Free sample

The 60-second sample is free, with no obligation. It may be watermarked.

Quotes and payment

• Every project starts with a written quote (scope, delivery date, price).
• New clients pay 50% before work starts and 50% on approval. Ongoing clients may move to monthly invoicing.
• Payment by PayPal, bank transfer or another method we agree in writing. Prices are in USD unless the quote says otherwise.

Previews and delivery

• You review a watermarked, lower-resolution preview.
• Full-quality, unwatermarked files are delivered only after full payment.
• Unpaid previews may not be published or used in any way.

Revisions

Three rounds of revisions are included per project. Changes outside the agreed scope (new footage, a new style, extra clips) are quoted separately.

Your content

You confirm you own or have permission to use all footage, music, images and names you send. You keep all rights to your content. After full payment you own the final edited files.

Portfolio

We show your work publicly only with your written permission.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time. Work already done is charged pro rata; the upfront payment covers work started and is not refundable once editing has begun.

Liability

We take great care with your files, but we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, file transfers or how content performs after publishing. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
